Shipping & Returns Policy

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.

International delivery may be available on request.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and are dependent upon the size, weight and destination of your order.

As many of our pieces are handcrafted or produced to order, lead times vary.

Typical lead times are provided on product pages and should be regarded as estimates only.

Should delays arise, we will endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process.

We kindly request that goods are inspected promptly upon receipt.

If an item arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.

This enables us to resolve the matter swiftly with our couriers and suppliers.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Returned items should:

— Be unused
— Be in their original packaging
— Be returned in saleable condition
— Include all components supplied.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

Because bespoke and made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for you, they are exempt from the 14-day cancellation provisions and are generally non-returnable.

This does not affect your rights in relation to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Should a product develop a fault or arrive damaged, please contact us promptly.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

— Repair
— Replacement
— Refund

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be completed once returned goods have been received and inspected.
