Our collections may comprise handcrafted, made-to-order, limited edition and bespoke products.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that photography, finishes and dimensions are represented accurately, slight variations in colour, texture, natural materials and craftsmanship may occur. Such variations are characteristic of artisanal production and shall not constitute defects.

Dimensions, specifications and finishes are provided as guidance and may be amended without prior notice where necessary to improve quality or functionality.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Following receipt of your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming that it has been received. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A contract between you and Tinker & Fettle Ltd is formed only when we despatch your goods or otherwise confirm acceptance.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders where:

— Products are unavailable.
— Pricing errors have occurred.
— Fraudulent activity is suspected.
— We are unable to fulfil the order for reasons beyond our control.

All prices displayed are in Pounds Sterling (£) and exclude VAT.

Delivery charges are calculated separately and displayed at checkout.

Whilst we endeavour to ensure pricing accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. Should an error be identified after an order is placed, we will contact you before proceeding.

Prices may be amended without notice.

Payments are securely processed through third-party providers including:

— Wix Payments
— Stripe
— PayPal

We do not retain payment card information.

Orders must be paid for in full prior to despatch unless otherwise agreed.

All products are produced to order and may require extended lead times.

Estimated delivery periods shown on the website are indicative only and should not be regarded as guaranteed delivery dates.

Whilst every effort is made to meet estimated timescales, delays arising from manufacturing schedules, artisan production, shipping providers, customs procedures or circumstances beyond our control may occur.

We shall not be liable for consequential losses arising from such delays.

Bespoke products are manufactured specifically to individual requirements.

Once production has commenced, such orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled, returned or refunded unless:

— The item is defective;
— The item has been supplied incorrectly;
— Your statutory rights require otherwise.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that specifications, finishes, dimensions and installation requirements have been reviewed and approved before production begins.

Electrical installation should always be undertaken by a suitably qualified electrician.

Tinker & Fettle Ltd accepts no liability for:

— Incorrect installation;
— Damage caused by improper fitting;
— Modifications undertaken by third parties;
— Electrical incompatibility arising from local regulations.

All designs, photography, text, branding and content appearing on this website are the intellectual property of Tinker & Fettle Ltd.

No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to this, our liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant goods.

We shall not be liable for:

— Indirect losses;
— Loss of profit;
— Loss of opportunity;
— Consequential damages;
— Delays outside our reasonable control.

We shall not be liable for delays or failures resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

— Natural disasters;
— Industrial disputes;
— Material shortages;
— Transport disruptions;
— Government restrictions;
— Acts of war or terrorism.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
